We just had a bout of Spring fever around here with temps yesterday reaching the mid 50's; real balmy for Wisconsin in February. Everybody greeted the respite from sub-zero temps with open arms... and guarded optimism. We all remember what happened to us last year; a foot of snow dumped on us the second day of Spring!
We're not out of the woods yet. Our windows are still closed up at home and we're still heating our homes. And continuing to dry out the air we breathe.
Interesting article sent to me today about the need for proper humidity levels to help keep flu bugs at bay: www.denverpost.com/nationworld/ci_11667143. Keep this stuff in mind while you're still heating your home.
Soon it will be time to turn a serious thought to Spring. And those lovely allergies.
