Consumer question:

On the control it saying to replace the water panel as the light is flashing. I replace it and it still flashed. Do I need to reset something?

If the change water panel light is a yellow light:
1. Note the setting the control knob is at, then rotate the knob of the humidifier control clockwise to the "Test/Reset" position. (The knob will stop just past 7. Continue to turn the knob through the first stop to put the knob all the way to "Test/Reset".)
2. When the knob is set in the "Test/Reset" position, the green "Humidifier On" light will illuminate. After 5 seconds the green "Humidifier On" light will blink indicating a system reset. At this time the "Change Water Panel" light will turn off.
3. Be sure to turn the control knob back to the previous setting as the humidifier will not operate if left in "Test/Reset".

If the change water panel is a green light:

1. Note the setting the control knob is at, then rotate the knob of the humidifier control clockwise to the "Test/Reset" position.
2. When the knob is set in the "Test/Reset" position, the green "Change Water Panel" light will begin to blink.
3. Wait five to ten seconds then rotate the knob out of the "Test/Reset" position and back to the previous setting.
4. The green "Change Water Panel" light will turn off and the humidifier will be ready for normal operation.
5. Be sure to turn the control knob back to the previous setting as the humidifier will not operate if left in "Test/Reset".
