How do I open my Aprilaire 2210 air cleaner to change the filter? I tugged on the handle, but it doesn't budge; I'm afraid if I pull harder, the handle will just pull off. Thanks!

Thank you for contacting us about your air cleaner. The Air Cleaner door should pull straight out. There are four strong metal clips that hold this door in place and it could be stuck because these clips are stiff. If you give a little extra tug, you should see it pop free. If something does break, the door does obtain a 5-year warranty through your dealer.
