Consumer question:
Is it possible to install Humidifier Aprilaire Model 600 in the attic?
I live in Massachussets and sometimes the temperatures in the winter could be low.

The installation of a humidifier in an attic is not recommended if the space is unconditioned. We strongly discourage installing our products in areas that have the potential for freezing temperature to occur. If the attic is an unconditioned space and freezing temperature may occur we would recommend not installing the humidifier in that area.
